Completed technical training, e.g. as an industrial mechanic (m/w/d) Master (m/w/d) or technician (m/w/d) First experiences in the Lean production environment Experience in automation and digitalization are a plus First leadership experiences and knowledge in change management are desirable Key figures orientation and experience in project management Good knowledge of English
