Ensuring the technically perfect condition, order and overall condition of the property, including control of buildings and technical installations Communication with users or tenants and coordination and supervision of external service providers in compliance with occupational safety regulations

Implementation of small repairs, maintenance and support of service technicians in maintenance and repair work

Planning, control and control of repair work, refurbishment measures and modernization in private and external performance, including the creation and follow-up of repair orders

Creation of reports and documentation on maintenance, repairs, decreases, deficiencies and special events

Complete technical training (e.g. electronics, electricians, plant mechanics, gas and water installer, industrial mechanic, mechatronics for refrigeration) Multiannual professional experience (at least 2 years) or readiness for further training as well as very good German knowledge in word and writing Customer orientation, commitment, team capacity, reliability, technical expertise and craftsmanship the joy of a responsible and self-employed job; good knowledge of MS Office, SAP and Planon of advantage; high sense of responsibility and enforcement Ideal would be an existing or jointly requesting reliability check according to § 7 LuftSiG
