General responsibility for technical service, hotline, repair department and external partners Professional and disciplinary leadership of a team in different areas Development and implementation of service and communication strategies Analysis of bug reports and customer data to optimize service and product quality Cooperation with sales, development and quality assurance Introduction of new tools and structures to increase efficiency Participation in trade fairs and occasional accompaniment of technicians (approx. 4 days/month)

Technical studies or comparable qualification Mind. 3-4 years of experience in a similar function, ideally in medical technology Knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office High social competence and structured, targeted working German language skills, good English skills for discussions with international partners
