Shift Supervisor / Production Supervisor (m/f/d)

We are a dynamic medical technology start-up and proud to be the first manufacturer of disposable gloves from nitrile in Germany. With technical know-how, experience and a strong team, we develop processes and systems that work reliably in everyday life.

To strengthen our production team, we are looking for a dedicated shift leader/supervisor production (m/w/d), who takes responsibility and actively shapes processes.

Technical support and coordination of production in shift operation Support in the organisation and deployment planning of shift staff in coordination with the management of the work Monitoring of ongoing production processes Early detection of process deviations and introduction of appropriate measures in the event of disturbances Documentation of relevant production characteristics and transfer of important information to subsequent layers and the factory management

(m/w/d), Electronics (m/w/d), Mechatronics (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification Professional experience in production, ideally with first experience in the professional guidance or coordination of a team Technical understanding of special plants and process relationships Structured, reliable and solution-oriented operation
