As a manager (gn) Quality Systems you report directly to the Site Quality Head. In addition, you ensure that the defined tasks of the associated team are performed and maintained. What does that mean? You are responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the quality management system according to AMG, AMWHV, AM-TradeV and EU guidelines for good sales practice to ensure adequate storage and distribution of medicines and medical devices. In particular:

1. Quality management system and documentation Maintenance of a document management system for SOPs (standard work instructions) and other GDP-relevant documents Compliance Examination of regulatory requirements and global quality documents against local practices, processes and related SOPs Ensuring data integrity in all quality systems and processes
2. Training and Training GDP/SOP training system; GxP Trainer, annual GxP Training
3. Deviation and change management Deviation system and correction/preventive measures Cause analysis, evaluation and follow-up of deviations independent processing and implementation of corrective and preventive measures (CAPAs) and monitoring of effectiveness Change management system Active initiation, evaluation and implementation of changes (Change Control)
4. Inspections and audits Self-inspection programme, including implementation of self-inspections Preparation and support for inspections by national and international authorities/customers and inspection management Management of suppliers/service providers (audits and quality assurance agreements)
5. Qualification and validation Management and monitoring of qualifications and validations of systems, technical equipment / rooms and processes Implementation and monitoring of temperature mappings in storage areas
6. Storage and Distribution Quality Quality assurance of storage activities including receipt of goods, storage, picking and goods Monitoring and qualification of hygiene measures and cleaning processes in storage areas Coordination and monitoring of pest control and associated documentation
7. Risk management and coordination Creation of risk analyses Coordination of quality aspects with internal areas and external customers
8. Performance Management Definition and monitoring of suitable KPIs

You bring a scientific university degree (e.g. in the field of pharmacy) with You have over min. 2-3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, for example in R&E, manufacturing, quality control, quality assurance You have profound knowledge of supply chain processes and/or sales/transport of pharmaceutical products You have well-founded pharmaceutical knowledge, in particular the German Medicines Act (AMG) and the GDP Guideline You are familiar with the prescriptions for medicines and the associated GxP guidelines You are familiar with quality-relevant database systems such as complaints, deviations, change control, document management You have solid computer skills and are familiar with the use of database systems / electronic workflows You work with high quality and are result-oriented You trade independently and you like to work in the team You speak German and English fluently in word and writing
