Very well completed studies, preferably in economics or STEM subjects Interest and affinity for capital markets, asset management, institutional investment and strategic corporate issues. First relevant professional experience (approximately 2-3 years) in a (strategy) consulting or in the strategy, organization and transformation environment of an asset manager or financial institution. Embossed analytical and conceptual skills, a structured way of working and detectable project management skills. High self-initiative, sense of responsibility and motivation to develop quickly and professionally in a dynamic environment Safe appearance, pronounced communication skills and joy in cooperation in interdisciplinary teams. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing and safe handling in MS Office applications
