Process Responsibility: Own responsibility to ensure the efficient implementation and ongoing improvement of the 'Pension Office' processes, especially with regard to the preparation and implementation of committee meetings, contract management, the doping and reimbursement process and SLA votes Project work: Acquisition of and cooperation in projects related to the financing activities of the occupational pension schemes (CTA, pension funds, pension funds, support funds, etc.) and similar investment projects Regulatorik & Compliance: Observation and Ensuring the implementation of regulatory requirements in the field of retirement vehicles incl. Communication with supervisory authorities at German and European level Transactions & Corporate Law: Monitoring of M&A measures and changes in company law relating to the investment vehicle incl. Creation of corresponding contract passages and proactive control of the corresponding workstreams Stakeholder Management: Stakeholder Representation and Advice on Old Age Care Activities, including Legal, Tax, Accounting, HR and Operational Companies Financial & ALM Topics: Takeover of tasks relating to ALM studies, investment service providers and planning as well as further development of the financial organisation

You understand developing solutions in the team that inspire our customers and meet their needs in the long term. You will also recognize yourself in the following points: Qualification: Successfully completed studies in economic law or economics, preferably with a focus on law, taxes or accounting Occupational experience: Comprehensive professional experience preferred in a large group, experience in the field of occupational pensions, preferably in the context of company-owned financing vehicle, experience in the development of M&A projects and/or restructuring measures Specific expertise: very good MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Copilot) This distinguishes you: Excellent communication skills in word and writing as well as a customer-oriented, sovereign appearance on the phone and in personal conversation Working methods: High level of initiative, reliability and independence Language knowledge: knowledge of German in word and writing
