ADWORK is an owner-managed design agency and is one of the leading German agencies in the field of BRANDING, PACKAGING DESIGN & FINAL ARTWORK. We develop, design and realize holistic brand and design solutions for national and international trading companies and brand-articlers. Our team consists of 35 creatives who work daily with heart blood, passion and commitment to stage products and brands for consumers. Our focus is on packaging design for the food industry.

You lead the project government, so make sure that our national and international customers always find an open ear for their project concerns and feel understood all around us With you, You have a:n contact person:in which You can rely on, who advises them professionally and provides new impulses with strategic brand know-how. You take project responsibility, control large-volume packaging design projects and have full project and budget control at any time You have a high affinity for packaging design and business figures, are an above-average organizational institution and have excellent communication skills You are cordial and sympathetic-lover in the tone, binding in the cause, reflect our long-term customer relationships and present effective ideas and concepts for targeted customer and project growth You have great pleasure in continuously developing yourself

You have successfully completed a commercial training or a degree in marketing, communication design or BWL and collected several years of experience in customer consulting and project management in agencies or industrial/commercial corporations You are a prominent advisor personality – safe to negotiate in German and English, stylish and sovereign. In addition, you are excellently organized, confident and result-oriented You have experience in packaging design and handling larger customer budgets and complex project structures You bring experiences in customer-oriented and complex project management - from design development and adaptations to print data delivery You have a well-founded knowledge in the field of project management, organization and workflow monitoring and can safely handle business performance indicators You know how to use AI-based sentiment analysis and process tools to control even faster and more precise projects and workflows You are an absolute team player, have a humorous and optimistic basic attitude and believe that every success begins with a smile.
