Our nursing school in Freiburg has four courses in generalistic education as well as a course in the nursing care for non-mother speakers. To strengthen our team at the DAA nursing school Freiburg we are looking for you from 01.09.2026 or by agreement Second Deputy School Management (m/w/d) with a focus on generalistics with a working range of at least 27 hours per week.

Acquisition of management tasks in representation of the school management with a focus on generalist training courses Cooperation with the deputy school management Participation in the technical and strategic development of the nursing school in the fields of training, further education and training Design and implementation of innovative concepts and offers School development and quality assurance, in particular with regard to generalist nursing training and nursing assistance training Participation in the school organization, including in the preparation of schedules Cooperation with cooperation partners and supervisory authorities Public relations and networking with partners participating in the education and training context Cooperation with the local customer center management, regional management and other DAA care school lines in Baden-Württemberg own teaching activities with a focus on generalistics Advice, reception, support and individual promotion of trainees Participation in State Examination

a completed study in the field of professional/care education (Master) with a completed training as a health and nursing care professional, nurse*in, elderly care professional Teaching experience sovereign handling of institutions and cooperation partners Management and organizational skills digital competence Openness, joy in shaping, good communication skills and team orientation
