Team and Project Assistance – System Operation Power Grid (m/f/d)

You organize and coordinate meetings, project meetings, workshops and team events (including deployment and layer planning). In this context, prepare workshops before and after, create Agenden and Materials, coordinate the participants, document results (protocols, presentations, summaries) and follow agreed measures. You also assist in administrative and commercial tasks, in particular in ordering requirements, budget releases and the representation of other assistance in the absence. In addition, you will be involved in the planning and implementation of smaller projects, where you take on the appointment and task tracking, maintain project plans and status lists and coordinate action ideas. Last but not least, ensure smooth operation in system operation and provide transparency and efficiency with structured documentation and storage care.

You bring a completed commercial training (e.g. to/to industrial businessman/woman) or a comparable qualification as well as experience in assistance or expertise, ideally in the IT environment. You are safe in handling common tools, in particular MS Office, SAP and collaboration tools, and bring a basic understanding of IT processes (e.g. permissions, service portals). You are characterized by a pronounced organizational talent as well as high service orientation, communication strength and team capacity. You work independently, structured and reliable, are discreet and take responsibility for your tasks. You also have very good German and English in word and writing.
