You are a HR professional with passion for operational personnel work, you understand as a savings partner:in for executives and at the same time have a clear look for HR processes and change topics? At the Frankfurt site, the future of our newly-baked subsidiary ATC will be shaping and accompanying its ongoing integration into the Arvato world as a Senior Personnel Officer (m/w/d). In this key role, you bundle the strengths of both companies, build HR structures, control processes and are the first point of contact for our ATC employees in Germany. Your mission Being a trustee: You are a central contact person:in for our ATC employees in Germany and for a smooth HR assignment. Design and accompany integration: You take responsibility for the entire integration process of ATC into the Arvato organization, establish basic HR structures and coordinate all steps closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition. Control Recruiting: Supported by the central talent Acquisition Team, you are responsible for the recruiting of ATC Germany and act as the first contact person for the recruiting departments. Optimize interfaces and processes: In close cooperation with the team “HR Solutions & Operations Excellence” you drive the technical system connection, unify processes and ensure that interfaces work efficiently.

Your profile Experience & know-how: completed studies in the field of economic, social and legal sciences, as well as multiannual experience in the HR field, in particular in personnel management. Change competence: Ideally experience in M&A, integration or transformation projects. Communicative & binding: You convince by sovereign appearance, empathy and the ability to bring together different stakeholders - both in German and in English. Structured & hands-on: You work analytically, solution-oriented and pack yourself. Mobility: willingness to be present regularly at the Frankfurt locations.
