Operations Technician / Maintenance Employee – Day Shift (m/f/d)

For our logistics location Lahr (Black Forest) we are looking for you as: Projektmanager (m/w/d) Planability for your life: This position offers you a working time design exclusively in the day shift – completely without night, weekend or change layers.

Maintenance: Individually responsible maintenance, repair and maintenance of buildings, external installations and all operating technology Plant support: Technical support and monitoring of lighting, heating, supply and facility management systems (e.g. Sprinkler, EMA, BMZ) Infrastructure & Craftsmanship: implementation of small repairs on industrial trucks and shelves, as well as implementation of rebuilds, extensions and new installations Service provider control: coordination, instruction and support of external trade and service companies including the collection of offers Warehouse & Testing: Management of spare parts and repair warehouses as well as independent execution and monitoring of internal tests (e.g. UVV, location-variable devices) Quality & Standards: Complete documentation of all repairs as well as strict compliance with requirements for occupational safety, environmental protection, 5S and Kaizen measures External care: Occasional takeover of green and landscape care throughout the logistics area

Qualification: Complete craft training, e.g. as an industrial mechanic, electrician, mechatronic, maintenance mechanic (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification Experience: First professional practice in maintenance, facility management or classic crafts – ideally in the industrial or logistics sector Competence: Embossed technical understanding, craftsmanship as well as the possession of the licence Class B (Flurhilfeschein of advantage) Working method: Self-employed, reliable and careful working style of a real, practical all-rounder Personality: High sense of responsibility, strong team skills and the willingness to provide flexible support Language knowledge: Good knowledge of German in word and writing (additional knowledge of English and/or French is a welcome plus)
