Calculation & supply: Creating alerts, offers and work calculations Determining construction costs safely – from coarse calculation to detail testing After-calculation of completed projects to optimise future offers

Accounting & Return Management: Examination of masses and billing documents by performance index (LV) Processing and evaluation of yields in close coordination with the building management Creation of auditable invoices and control of supplier and NU services

Cooperation & project support: Close cooperation with project management, purchasing and construction management Participation in award negotiations and support in special technical proposals

Complete training in civil engineering (e.g. Bauzeichner:in, Bautechniker:in, Master:in) or studies in civil engineering / civil engineering Experience in costing or billing in the building (even as a building manager: in focus on numbers) Knowledge in the audit of accounts according to LV and in the follow-up management Safe handling of MS Office; Experience with BRZ, iTWO, California or similar programs desirable Self-employed, structured working and good economic understanding
