Support in resource planning within the area Maintenance and follow-up of schedules, task lists, status overviews, statistics and action plans Planning, preparation, implementation and follow-up of internal meetings Acquisition of organisational and administrative tasks related to technical supply creation and project execution Support in the creation of presentations and status reports as well as the standardization of processes, templates and reporting formats

Complete technical, business or commercial training with relevant professional experience in relevant fields of activity or alternatively a completed economic, technical or commercial studies Experience in project coordination, ideally in customer project business or in a matrix organization Good knowledge of project management methods, time and action tracking, as well as experience in the security and defence sector (worthy) Secure handling of MS-Office (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint), ideally knowledge of MS-Project, Visio and SAP S/4 HANA as well as good English knowledge in word and font Self-employed, structured and proactive mode of operation, safe occurrence and pronounced communication and organisational capabilities as well as flexibility and resilience in a dynamic project environment
