We: is responsible for a diverse portfolio of projects in food retail with a focus on REWE and PENNY sales lines – the core business of REWE Group. are responsible for designing and implementing key strategic issues such as the further development of market concepts, the reorientation of assortments or the transformation of business models. develop tangible results with measurable impact and visible changes along with the different departments of REWE Group.

Your job and impact: You: is a full member of a project team. supports data-driven analyses in close cooperation with your project team. presents and discusses results within the project team. develop your consultants:in-skills and your trade knowledge through continuous feedback. gradually take more responsibility for your own work strands.

Your Skillset: You: completed your Bachelor's degree in Economics (O.A.) with above-average success. ideally brings first experience from internships in a (top) management consultancy, strategy or project department or the trading industry. possesses a distinct structured and analytical mindset and have fun in complex issues. works independently and practice-oriented and brings a strong communication capability. Brings good PowerPoint and Excel skills and you can get excited about food retailing and numbers.
