You are responsible for the active contact of private and business customers (m/w/d) to remember the warranty issue. Support for sales activities (including invitation to trial trips). You are responsible for the satisfaction survey regarding vehicle purchase or workshop visit and accept incoming telephone calls. You will have a completed professional training or equivalent. Willingness to take over afternoon shifts (until 6:00).
