Process analysis and optimization: Analysis of existing processes Productivity and quality as well as identification of potential improvements and their operational implementation. Error analysis: Detection of weaknesses and deviations in the process sequence as well as the development and implementation of measures for process improvement. Support for quality objectives: support for ensuring the quality and performance objectives of the cluster. control and quality assurance: carrying out checks on settlement processes at HG and entrepreneur sites; Quality check of the delivery quality, appearance and vehicle condition. Qualified professional qualifications or the acquisition of comparable knowledge and skills by appropriate professional experience At least two years of professional experience, preferably in the logistics industry High technical and methodological competence in the field of quality management as well as sound knowledge about process optimization and cost-effectiveness behavior Impressive ability to solve problems, readiness to conflict and persuasiveness Ability to holistic, connected thinking and a high sense of responsibility English skills are desirable
