IT system administrator with a perspective of IT management (m/f/d)

No “administrator in the machine room” is sought, but someone who understands processes, drives topics independently and, together with the commercial management as well as external IT partners, sets IT up to date.

Responsibility for the support and further development of the entire IT landscape, from infrastructure and networks to clients and Microsoft systems Coordination and control of external IT service providers and ensuring a stable and modern IT operation Contact person for colleagues in IT issues in day-to-day business and support in operational support Support and implementation of IT and digitalization projects, such as ERP, EDI connections or new hardware and software solutions Analysis of existing processes and active participation of efficient, pragmatic IT solutions for the fields Own prioritization and control of IT topics with the perspective of taking over more responsibility in the medium term up to the IT management

Completed training or studies in the IT field, e.g. as a specialist informant, IT system administrator or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in IT administration or system support, ideally in the medium-sized environment Good knowledge in IT infrastructure, networks, servers and Microsoft systems Fun to pack topics independently, find pragmatic solutions and finish projects clean Interest in organizational topics, process understanding and cooperation with different disciplines Communication strength and joy in cooperation with colleagues, colleagues and external service providers Experience with ERP systems, EDI or IT projects in the production environment is helpful, but no need A desire to develop professionally and personally and to take responsibility for leadership in perspective
