As System Specilaist Operations (m/w/d), you are responsible for the independent and responsible implementation of the 2nd level support for applications, services and infrastructure. You define and pursue self-service level agreements and service KPIs for the responsible services, monitor their compliance and proactively respond to threatening violations of target values and quality restrictions, including the additional 2nd level teams and disciplines required for this purpose. You are responsible for the independent identification, consultation and execution of proactive optimization measures for incident avoidance with negative effects on the customer together with the engineering areas. You take the escalation management to group management level. You accompany and support roll-outs of new systems, services and software.

What distinguishes you: A technical training with 5 years of professional experience or a completed one. Higher education in electrical engineering/informatics with at least 2 years of professional experience in the IT application company/Telco network operation. Embossed customer orientation and analytical thinking. Very good analytical, conceptual and organizational skills. Good to very good knowledge of MS Office and Unix/Linux, ideally also in Java, Tomcat, Apache Webserver. Good to very good knowledge in the field of network/IP technology, protocols e.g. TCP/IP. Knowledge of cloud technologies (e.g. AWS, OCI, etc.) would be advantageous. Good knowledge of English in word and writing (B1 to GER).

This body can be exercised in fulltime or full-time part-time (min. 30 hours).
