Operations Manager (m/f/d)

You take responsibility for the planning, production and timely delivery of our products along the entire value flow – focusing on quality, cost and efficiency. You lead the production-related departments and ensure a coordinated, efficient organization. You continuously analyze and optimize production processes as well as internal logistics structures to shorten throughput times, reduce production costs and reduce stocks. You are driving forward the introduction of new production methods and capacity expansions and actively shaping the further development of the operational processes. You work closely with product development, in particular for high-speed and run-out processes, and support the implementation in production.

You have extensive professional and leadership experience in leading positions in production or factory management You have profound knowledge in the fields of manufacturing control and process optimization You have experience in developing and optimizing internal supply chain processes You are characterized by pronounced social competence, are adaptable and possess strong leadership skills.
