Multiannual experience in leading function in gastronomy, hotel industry or high-frequency operation Experience in leading larger teams and complex operational processes Structured, entrepreneurial and solution-oriented work High loadability and overview even in dynamic situations Excellent hostility and high service orientation Communication strength, leadership skills and responsibility Hands-on mentality and joy in actively accompanying operational teams Ideal experience in opening or building new structures

Total operational responsibility for the running restaurant and event operation Leadership and further development of operational executives and teams Ensuring structured processes, high service quality and efficient processes Control of daily business and coordination between service, kitchen, bar and event area Responsibility for personnel deployment, organisation and operational standards Ensuring high guest satisfaction and professional host culture Support in building and developing operational structures and processes Close cooperation with management, marketing and other interfaces
