Antitrust Compliance Specialist (m/f/diverse) ContiTech - REF849N

As an antitrust compliance specialist (m/w/d), you play a central role in the further development of our global compliance program with the focus on antitrust law. Working closely with international teams and stakeholders, driving global initiatives and supporting the development of sustainable compliance culture within the organisation. Your tasks include: Active participation in the further development and continuous improvement of ContiTech's compliance program, in particular in the field of antitrust compliance Identification of possibilities for further strengthening the antitrust compliance programme through close cooperation and communication with the regions Further development of the concept for association and committee activities as well as central contact person for relevant questions and questions of all relevant stakeholders. Creation, review and update of corporate policies and compliance requirements in the field of antitrust law Control and coordination of the rollout of global antitrust initiatives Development of training content on antitrust issues and other preventive measures in close cooperation with relevant departments Implementation of antitrust training for all ContiTech divisions and central functions Conception and implementation of further risk mitigation measures, such as internal controls and monitoring activities Further development of the global antitrust risk assessment process as well as central contact person for antitrust issues Head of “Lessons Learned” projects and continuous improvement of the effectiveness of the Compliance Management System (CMS) Monitoring regulatory developments, best practices, industry trends and other compliance-relevant issues Development and continuous maintenance of a global approach to knowledge sharing in the field of antitrust compliance Coordination and support of external audits of the ContiTech Compliance Programme

Successfully completed study of law with two German State Examina Multiannual professional experience in antitrust law and/or compliance, ideally in an international company, a law firm or an audit firm Additional knowledge in the field of anti-money laundering (AML) is advantageous Safe handling of Microsoft Office applications knowledge of German and English in word and writing; further foreign language skills are desirable Representative oral and written communication skills and a cooperative and team-oriented working High intercultural competence and experience in cooperation across various functions and international corporate structures Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Occasionally international readiness The applications of disabled people are welcome.
