Ensure compliance with BLB NRW’s procurement and procurement principles to reduce compliance risks The independent implementation of Europe-wide and national procurement procedures for construction and engineering services, as well as the award-law examination of the tendering and awarding documents, are part of your task You check offers and the conclusion of contracts You develop product group management while taking into account the purchasing control You support supplier management You are responsible for the ongoing conceptual development of existing procurement processes and support the development of new pilot procedures You coordinate internal interest groups of our branch Bundesbau in the course of the procurement process You observe and analyze relevant procurement markets

You have successfully completed university studies (Diplom/ Bachelor/Master) of the Department of Engineering, Architecture, Economic Law, Business Administration, Administration, Law with at least first State Exams or the like. Further requirements: Ideally, you could gain first professional experience in purchasing, building and real estate, or public procurement Knowledge of procurement and contract law (BGB, GWB, VgV, VOB, UVgO) and HOAI would be desirable Your ability to enforce, negotiation and organizational skills, as well as your analytical thinking and self-responsibility A pronounced problem-solving capability and secure customer-oriented behavior complete your profile You are safe to use common Microsoft Office products and SAP You bring certain knowledge of German that corresponds at least to the language level C1 (flowing in word and writing) You have the willingness to verify the safety of ‘Ü1 to Ü3’ under the safety review law NRW

Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee for employees is from the E10 Group to the E12 TV‐L (approximately 51.400,00 € – approx. € 82.500,00 per year) with all agreed social services (e.g. occupational pensions). A status-like acquisition of beamed applicants is possible up to an office of grade A 12 LBesO A.
