The specialist body for water management is part of the Technical Water Control and Centre for Civilians, Municipalities and Planning Offices for Water Economic Issues in Building Law, Waste Law and Immission Protection, Applications and Ads, in particular Including monitoring (WHG, BayWG, AwSV, Technical Guidelines) and advice (Industry, Agriculture, Private Budgets) Water assessment of construction applications with regard to water-prone substances and, in this context, also the situation of construction projects near the sea or in the flooding area Opinions in proceedings against water law, immission protection, construction law and industrial supervision Interface function of the Landratsamt against the water management office in water law procedures technical cooperation in water-related processes, e.g. decentralized wastewater disposal, heat pump, construction water conservation, and the water-economic assessment of construction applications in the 60 m region and flood area
