To support our team at the Kaltenkirchen site, we are looking for you as a specialist Trassenmanagement (m/w/d)

You accept the acceptance of requests for the allocation of trains and service facilities, are responsible for their processing and are responsible for the conclusion and management of infrastructure use contracts with network access persons You are responsible for the annual network scheduling, taking into account the legal coordination processes, and carry out the corresponding data maintenance in the roadmap processing program FBS You charge the fees for rail and service facilities and maintain all relevant master data in SAP You collect basic operating data for the calculation of the fees for rail routes and service facilities and actively participate in the corresponding voting processes. In addition, maintain network performance statistics You take over the information transfer, coordination and coordination of measures for annual and sub-year construction and operational planning with network access You create the annual construction operating planning (JBB) You conduct infrastructure analyses to optimize traffic capacity (e.g. necessary infrastructure expansions) You support the specialist construction and operational planning and take over the representation You develop and control digital processes within the department and provide appropriate instructions to users You carry out special tasks by instructing the Head of Division

You have a degree in economic engineering or a completed training as a railway / ice rink in the service You have at least 3 years of experience in operational railway operations You have comprehensive knowledge of rail network access law You have fluent German skills as well as pronounced system affinity (including MS Office, SAP, FBS) You bring a high degree of organizational talent and solution orientation with You are characterized by readiness to perform, communication skills and ability to learn and develop You have a strong cooperation and networking capability
