What you do with us: You have everything in mind: you work on exciting topics relating to customer loyalty, quickly take responsibility for your work packages and get detailed insights into the dynamic and varied daily business of a highly motivated team. You’ll join us: You’ll support the team in planning, controlling and implementing customer retention measures. You're in the middle of it: Experience cross-functional cooperation and communication between purchasing, marketing and IT and actively participate in rule and project meetings. You look at the whole thing: You have a firm look at the competition activities, recognize potential implications for PENNY and address these proactively with concrete proposals. Your ideas for the future: You support the team in the continuous optimization of internal processes.

Ideally, you have a background in economics and have already gained first experience in trading, purchasing, IT or marketing. You have a high level of commitment and enjoy self-employed work. You are practiced in dealing with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Your work is careful and responsible and your good team and communication skills complete your profile.
