In this key role, you build our marketing organization completely – from the operational start phase to a structured, powerful marketing department with its own team. You take responsibility, set clear priorities and develop marketing into a measurable growth driver of our company.

Construction and establishment of the entire marketing organization Operational control and evaluation of all marketing activities in the start phase Development and implementation of a scalable marketing strategy Performance-oriented marketing with focus on ROI, leads and sales contribution Introduction of clear processes, KPIs and reporting deriving data-based measures for scaling Priority of marketing measures for limited resources Conscious decision on which measures are not implemented Establishment, leadership and further development of a marketing team Reducing dependency on external agencies Close cooperation with management, sales and IT

Multiannual experience in a leading marketing function Detectable experience in building or restructuring marketing departments Multi-year leadership experience Very good operational understanding of central marketing disciplines Knowledge in performance marketing, campaign management and analysis Ability to initially implement marketing independently Strong analytical thinking and clear KPI focus High self-responsibility, structural strength and decision-making Helpful for a quick impact: Experience in automotive trade or in comparable, sales-related industries Experience in performance or e-commerce Experience with sales-integrated marketing (lead management, funnel optimization, narrow interconnection with sales) Very good knowledge of common CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) Basic understanding of modern tracking setups (e.g. server-side tracking, CAPI) Experience with CMS and content systems (e.g. WordPress, Page Builder)
