This is why we are looking for you as a financing specialist for platform business (m/w/d).

Your tasks: The processing of a wide range of building financing requests, preliminary requests, feasibility requests and new loan applications is in your hands. You carry out creditworthiness and creditworthiness analyses for predominantly domestic uses. Based on your analyses, you will create policy templates including votes and meet credit decisions as part of your personal competence. Professional telephone and written correspondence with customers, departments, sales partners, credit institutions, notaries and developers completes your area of responsibility. As a competent contact person, you can consult platform partners and mediators at any time. With empathy, expertise and real team spirit, you accompany the diverse wishes of our customers as well as daily cooperation with colleagues. In addition to day-to-day business, you actively contribute to function-related projects.

Your profile: Your foundation is a successfully completed training as a banking businessman (m/w/d) or an economic study. You look back on a multiannual practice in building financing and bring well-founded experiences in intermediary support as well as in the processing of intermediary financing. A strong customer and sales orientation goes hand in hand with a secure risk awareness. The handling of MS Office is easy for you; ideally, you already have experience with CRM and reporting tools. Ideally, you bring knowledge in the safe handling of the core banking software agree21. With convincing communication skills, network strength and openness for new sales channels, you will delight your partners. A self-sponsored and structured way of working with high quality standards is what distinguishes you.
