In the course of further development and strategic development of financial and accounting, we are looking for an experienced management of corporate and accounting (m/w/d). In this responsible key position, you take over the technical and disciplinary management of the Group Accounting, are responsible for the preparation of the Group Financial Statements according to HGB and actively shape the Group-wide structures, processes and systems. Total responsibility for corporate accounting including the creation and consolidation of monthly and annual accounts according to HGB for up to 50 companies Control and further development of consolidation processes and systems as well as ensuring a high degree of quality Establishment, maintenance and further development of Group-wide accounting standards (balancing policies, account plans, reporting packages) coordination and monitoring of intercompany processes, including IC provisions, settlements and interest rates Processing of complex international accounting, valuation and tax issues as well as maintaining the accounting price documentation Central contact person for auditors, tax advisors and internal departments in Germany and abroad, including the creation of a corporate appendage and group management report Construction, leadership and further development of a central accounting team for the German companies of the group

completed studies of economics, economics or comparable, ideally with a focus on corporate accounting; Continuing training for the account holder desirable Multiannual professional experience in group accounting, of which several years in senior position, preferably in an international environment Very good and reliable knowledge of accounting according to HGB Found experience in consolidation, intercompany settlement and corporate structures Very good MS-Excel knowledge and experience with consolidation tools (ideally LucaNet) Knowledge of common ERP systems, ideally NetSuite (Oracle) Very good English skills in word and writing Impressed communication strength, organisational skills and enforcement capability at the same time
