To strengthen our IT Digital Business team at our headquarters in Münster, we are looking for you as: Product Owner (m/w/d)

Requirement management: You collect and prioritize the requirements from the various specialist and business areas.

Roadmap planning: Through the creation and continuous maintenance of a product roadmap, you accurately define the strategic orientation and functionalities of the CRM.

Backlog Management: In addition, you are responsible for maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog, which includes tasks, bug fixes and new features.

Test Management: You define the acceptance criteria for new features and work closely with the test team.

Training: You will also develop training materials and carry out internal training.

Benchmarking: You keep up with technological developments in the CRM market and compare the product used with comparative products.

Stakeholder engagement: You act as an interface between the departments and the development team to ensure the acceptance of the CRM system and to ensure smooth implementation of the requirements.

You have a sound knowledge of CRM systems and their technical implementation. Ideally, you also have experience with common CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP C/4HANA).

Furthermore, you have knowledge of agile working methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) and the ability to act as a link between specialist departments and development teams.

Your strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills enable you to prioritise requirements and develop creative solutions.

In addition, customer orientation, decision-making and enforcement skills are characterized and are driving projects successfully even in complex situations.

You act independently, are well organized and take responsibility for the independent management of your tasks and projects.
