Customer advisor private health insurance – existing customer service & digital advice (m/f/d)

You advise and discuss our existing private health insurance contracts. The processing of incoming customer requests service-oriented and binding. No cold acquisition, no classic new customer sales – your focus is on consulting, care and quality. You help customers adapt their existing health insurance and help them find suitable solutions for their individual situation. You continuously develop your expertise in private health insurance and develop yourself step by step to the PKV expert (m/w/d). The use of digital tools in the consulting process and you introduce ideas to further improve internal processes and the customer experience.

You have a completed commercial training, ideally in the insurance sector, for example as a merchant for insurance and financial investments, insurance businessman/wife, insurance professional/wife. You bring at least. 2 years of professional experience in the insurance internal service, for example in customer care, contract processing, material processing, in the service center or in the consulting of insurance customers. Experience in health insurance or private health insurance is a strong plus. More importantly, we want you to work deep into the PKV and build expertise in the long term. You are happy with customer contact and are safe, friendly and binding, especially on the phone. You can communicate clearly, solution-oriented and have knowledge of German in a manner that is secure for negotiation on at least C1 level. English language skills are of advantage. You work carefully, reliably and bring a comprehensible, continuous professional development. You are not looking for an intermediate station, but a role in which you can grow professionally and take responsibility in the long term. You are digitally affin, open to modern consulting tools and you want to actively shape processes instead of working according to Scheme F.
