Responsive and varied at the same time: In your new role, you are responsible for the development and implementation of the Vonovia Group Strategy You make a significant contribution to the implementation of Vonovia’s growth strategy by evaluating and supporting existing strategic initiatives. The further development of existing growth initiatives and the development of new strategic initiatives in your area of responsibility You can take over classic project management activities such as milestone planning, regular reality checks of business plans and deviation analyses. The intensive cooperation in the annual strategy process is one of your tasks Your expertise counts: As a trusting:r Sparringspartner: you are competent to assist the Vonovia Management Team as well as the specialist areas in strategic issues You are able to combine strategic topics with the needs and basics of operational business Design the future with us: you play a central role in the further development of the strategy team and the strategy process of Europe's largest housing group

You have successfully completed a study of economics or a similar subject and have already gained professional experience in a comparable position with strategic orientation Control your strategic vision - coupled with proven implementation competence - Successfully targeting projects Your distinct problem-solving skills, your analytical skills and a structured way of working are good Your very good communication skills and experiences in stakeholder management make you an esteemed respondent that convinces by its friendly and secure appearance – at all levels You have a good planning and organizational talent and appreciate both independent work and teamwork Very good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel) as well as very good German – and English skills complete your profile
