We are looking to strengthen our team Projektmanager (m/w/d) You lead with competence and passion – You conduct the areas of electrical engineering, mechanical maintenance, the energy supply of the entire plant, building technology and the technical materials industry independently and cost-consciously and support the planning, organisation and implementation of investment projects. You lead qualified employees and assume the responsibility to promote and develop them. You improve our processes – You lead maintenance to KPIs (internal reporting) and analyze and increase energy efficiency. Your education – you have a degree as Bachelor or Master of Engineering or Dipl. Ing., technician or comparable qualification. Their experience – multi-year professional experience, preferably in the maintenance and maintenance of machinery in the food industry, as well as pronounced leadership experience.
