Your tasks

• Care for a clean operation: You carry out a team of around 50 staff in the technical cleaning of a food store.
• Make improvements active with: Together with your team, you opt for work tools and -met and introduce your own ideas.
• Have a look at the planning: You plan all cleaning intervals - from daily routines to special and industrial cleaning in automation systems.
• Take responsibility for your team: You are responsible for personnel deployment planning in the 3-shift system and make sure that the right resources are always available.

Your profile

• You have completed your studies, ideally with technical or organizational focus.
• Working with people is fun - you like to lead, motivate and enjoy success together.
• Analytical skills and logistical thinking characterize you. You can also master Google Workspace and at best have first experiences in dealing with SAP.
• You want to enter the efficient personnel management and develop your know-how in a targeted manner. Technology is your thing? Great! You bring very good knowledge of modern techniques and technologies, and you will surely use them in everyday work.
