IN A NUTSHELL As a (Senior) consultant, you are the driving force for successful IT transformations. You develop, design and implement modern IT solutions – from strategy to technical implementation. You connect business and IT, bring innovative impetus to sustainable digital changes at our customers.

DEIN EXAMPLE PROJECT You are part of a group-wide (IT) transformation with an international company: Analysis: You analyze process and system structures along the transformation strands SAP S/4HANA‐Greenfield, HCM introduction, CRM-Harmonization and IS‐U resolution. You identify technical and technical dependencies, identify challenges and evaluate solutions.

Design: You create key elements of the target image by structuring requirements and designing solutions – from process design to data models to new role and responsibility structures.

Implementation & Control: You act as a professional:r Sparringspartner:in, work closely with specialist areas, IT and project management, and carry out workshops on the structured development of requirements and solutions. You actively drive IT transformation in your areas of responsibility and develop viable measures.

Impact: You are centrally contributing to consistently aligning project and work results with the strategic guidelines and effectively supporting the transition to a process-oriented organization.

IN DEPTH Responsibility: You accompany our customers in digital transformation – from strategy development to implementation. You work in interdisciplinary teams on complex IT transformation projects, support the design and implementation of solutions and take responsibility for your own work packages. You are part of the central interface between business, IT and other stakeholders and actively shape the future of our customers.

Hands-On: You are a central part of the project team and actively shape challenging (S/4HANA) transformation and optimization projects. In doing so, you combine sound know-how with a clear view for regulatory and process-oriented requirements. You develop sustainable IT strategies and guide concrete implementation recommendations.

Holistic: You support the development of IT strategies, process optimization and implementation recommendations that combine technological, business and regulatory requirements. You work on topics such as SAP S/4HANA, ERP transformations, cloud strategies, data management or innovative technology solutions and help translate complex requirements into practical solutions.

Future: You recognize strategic leverage for our customers at an early stage and drive their future. Through your overview of market trends, innovative tools and transformation approaches, you develop sustainable roadmaps and position yourself as a stimulant:in our customers.

Digital: You are passionate about IT transformation, digital trends and modern technologies. Topics such as SAP S/4HANA, ERP systems, cloud technologies or data-driven business models can be found exciting – and want to understand how You change companies. In motion: You have first experience(s) in industry and/or consulting with focus on SAP processes or IT transformation. You have the drive to work on new topics, take responsibility and want to accompany companies on their path to digitalization. You think analytically, trades solution-oriented and like to work in the team to successfully manage complex tasks. Facts: You have a degree with technical, economic or IT focus. If you are passionate about our topics, you can also have studied something else. First experience(s) in IT consulting, IT technologies, process optimization or project management are of advantage. Way we work: You show your own initiative and take responsibility in our projects. You also contribute to the further development of our company. Time & Place: You can flexibly design work time and place based on FlexWork – depending on the project context. You work with our customers: in one of our offices in Frankfurt am Main, Munich, Augsburg, Düsseldorf or Berlin as well as remote.
