Our client is a successful and internationally active plastic processing company with around 200 employees at the site. As part of a family-run group, it is one of the leading providers of its industry. The location is medium-sized Ö with short decision-making paths, a lot of self-responsibility and a well-established team. At the same time, the strong retention of the Group is beneficial.

A dedicated production planner (m/w/d) is being sought, which contributes to the optimization of production processes with a view to the whole, distinct process understanding and a lot of self-responsibility. Their future leadership attaches great importance to open communication, expertise and mutual support.

Planning and control of production orders and monitoring of production utilization Design and optimization of workflows and processes along the value chain Participation in the further development of the production planning system and close cooperation with adjacent departments Analysis of bottlenecks and derivation of appropriate measures to improve Creation of evaluations, key figures and cost-effectiveness calculations Working with location-related projects for production optimization

Completed commercial or technical vocational training Multiannual, relevant professional experience in production planning Safe process understanding and analytical thinking Experience with production and ERP systems (ideally SAP) Good MS Office knowledge and IT affinity Structured and solution-oriented operation Open, direct, binding in communication O You are actively joining the team
