Compilation and processing of information to support change and organisational measures, as well as the introduction and application of specified procedures and processes Project-related maintenance, storage and updating of documents and existing documentation Organisation, preparation and moderation of meetings and working groups as well as logging and tracking of agreed measures in the transformation context Recording, evaluation and reporting of simple key figures according to predetermined criteria Execution of administrative and organisational tasks according to instruction in consultation with the relevant departments

Higher education, e.g. in economic, engineering, organisational, communication or similar fields Basic understanding of organisational processes, documentation and administrative processes Basic knowledge of how to use common MS Office applications and ideally basic knowledge of how to use document management and communication tools (SharePoint, Confluence) Very good German knowledge and good English knowledge in word and writing as well as pronounced communication and team skills readiness to work in new workflows and systems and to carry out work tasks reliably on the basis of prescribed guidelines and instructions, combined with a careful, structured and conscientious procedure
