As a Business Analyst at ControlExpert, you actively shape the future of automated damage regulation. You are working on innovative solutions that make insurance processes more efficient, faster and more transparent using AI, automation and digital assistance systems. In doing so, you will perform central tasks in the analysis, design and implementation of our digital products and services. These are your tasks: Create sound business cases by analyzing the IST state, identifying optimization potentials and causing technical requirements Analyze, document end-to-end processes (especially in the area of damage) and transfer them to efficient target processes Define technical requirements and translate them into clear, implementable specification for our developer teams Take stakeholder management and work closely with product managers, product owners, developers, software testers and other interfaces Plan and coordinate projects and accompany them from idea to successful implementation Develop and implement solutions that improve processes, increase product quality and create measurable added value for our customers To further develop our AI-based decision models, workflows and AI agents with

Qualification: Studies in Business Informatics, BWL, Informatics or Similar, Alternative Professional Experience in the Insurance Area, e.g. as a Kfz-Schadenreger:in, Insurance Kaufmann/-frau (Schaden), Claims Manager / Underwriter Expertise & know how: Experience in process analysis, requirement management and BPMN. Trusted with agile methods (Scrum/Kanban). Advantage: knowledge in digital damage processes, AI-based solutions or automation Personality & Working: Strong communication, structured and solution-oriented as well as independent, precise and team-oriented Language: Very good German and English skills Nice-to-have: Experience in the insurance environment, ideally in the motor vehicle damage area
