Your job You take responsibility for demanding customer projects in the Thin Film Measurement Systems range – from the supply phase to the final customer acceptance. This combines technical expertise with professional project management. Your tasks include: You control customer projects end-to-end – including planning, coordination, manufacturing, delivery and installation at the customer.
You conduct technical discussions at eye level, clarify specifications and understand the requirements in detail.
You coordinate internal and external stakeholders (e.g. development, manufacturing, service, key account management) and ensure smooth running in all phases of the project.
You keep technical, economic and timely aspects in mind and control projects proactively.
You bring experiences from customer projects into the further development of our product portfolio and support product management in strategic topics.
You have a degree in physics or engineering – ideally related to optics, photonics or related technologies.
Multiannual professional experience in technical project management; candidates are also welcome.
Practical experience in the optical or micro-optical or spectroscopic or generally technical environment, such as in the field of laser or thin layer, as well as in the handling of several complex interfaces.
A structured, predictive and customer-oriented way of working – even with frequently changing priorities.
Strong communication skills in German and English (B2–C1), both in the technical and commercial context.
