Senior Organizational and Process Developer (m/f/d)

As a senior organization and process developer, you will develop our processes and initiatives from conception to implementation. You organize and coordinate project work groups (Task Forces), undertake the control of the interfaces between the participating areas and prepare management presentations as well as decision bases. In multidisciplinary teams, you implement optimization and innovation projects – including change management – and work closely with our IT innovation team in the implementation phase. In addition, perform needs analysis and moderate stakeholder groups to target actions and professionally ensure stakeholder management.

Your tasks in process management: Analysis and optimization of existing processes and the conception of new, creative and future-oriented solutions Implementation of projects to map optimized processes in our state oft the art system platforms Management of company-wide and group-wide projects for the optimization and redesign of processes under economic and strategic considerations Development and anchoring of standards, methods and procedures for process management combined with the establishment of internal code of practice Support for executives and teams to establish a process and project-oriented operation Supporting the integration of AI-based tools and methods into existing or new processes

Typical areas of activity in organization development are: Identifying potential for improvement, controlling change processes (Change Management) and promoting a culture of continuous learning and development Development and implementation of strategies to improve organisational structure Advice and support in the analysis and optimization of processes, interfaces and organizational structures with the focus on quality and efficiency Creation of organizational communications, user guides, training videos

Completed studies in economics, engineering, (economic) informatics, sociology or psychology or a related area At least five years of professional experience in project and process management in the service sector Entrepreneurial thinking and very good analytical skills High IT affinity and knowledge about current AI and automation platforms Experience in project management (engineering / innovation projects / product development) Very good understanding of structures and decision-making in complex organisations, ideally in the service environment Very good consulting, moderation and communication skills as well as sovereign handling of digital work and collaboration tools Experience in Data Analysis desirable Very good English skills
