At FSM, we ensure that our high-quality PCBs are further refined by testing, THT fitting, painting and precise assembly work. We work flexibly and solution-oriented, rely on cooperation and mutual appreciation, in order to jointly shape the future of FSM AG. For our team we are looking for a:n production engineer:in (m/w/d), who is involved in our production processes with passion for technology, fun in team work and a solution-oriented approach.

Together with your team colleagues, you are primarily responsible for the introduction of a new PCB paint system and accompany the entire process - from the first idea to the implementation. In our team you have the deepest process knowledge in the field of painting technology (Conformal Coating) and develop as an expert in this field. You work closely with our colleagues: women from development and sales, help them with advice and find the best solution for our customers in a trustful exchange. You are in use both on the PC and directly on the machines. You start painting programs and prepare series productions independently. You analyse malfunctions and perform repairs, maintenance and maintenance of the paint system. Your use helps to ensure the operational reliability and efficiency of the production facilities. You create and provide important documentation such as work instructions, prepare production processes in a comprehensible manner and develop well-founded policy proposals. You gradually work into other technologies and give us new impulses for the further development of our production.

a technical study, e.g. in industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification and have already gained some years of experience in electronics manufacturing, mechanical engineering or a similar environment. already have practical experience with machines and production processes as well as knowledge in the painting of electronic assemblies and their chemical processes. Of course, if you've worked with similar chemical processes. ideally brings programming knowledge in the field of automation and already had touch with concepts of lean production (Lean).
