Head of Aftersales (m/f/d)

You bear the holistic responsibility and guide the After Sales area for the Lübeck area. The implementation of the service objectives is within your area of responsibility. You develop processes to increase process stability and efficiency as well as their consistent implementation and optimize customer relationship management. Ensuring quality standards as well as managing communication to business partners (m/w/d) and internal departments are part of your task profile. You are responsible for the personnel selection, management and development of your service team.

You have a completed commercial or technical training, supplemented with an additional economic qualification or a comparable study. Reliable professional experience in a comparable function, desirable in the automotive sector, you know before. A high level of communication and negotiation strength as well as the ability to lead, demand and promote other people, complemented by a high level of social competence and team capacity, are yours. A pronounced result and target orientation as well as good knowledge in MS Office complete your profile.
