As a specialist in occupational health management, you actively shape a health-promoting working environment for our employees. You develop sustainable policies, advise managers and take action to strengthen performance and reduce absenteeism. If you want to deal with health issues and promote their strategic and operational development, please apply now! Your tasks at a glance: The design and further development of occupational health management (BGM) at all locations belongs to your central areas of responsibility. You derive measures from health and absenteeism analyses and identify stress factors in everyday work. With the planning, organisation and evaluation of health-promoting programmes (for example, nutrition, ergonomics and stress management), you will provide a wide range of services for our employees. Through close cooperation with employees and executives, you provide assistance in prevention and reintegration processes (BEM). Continuous monitoring of relevant key figures allows you to create meaningful health authorities and provide basis for decision-making. The development of digital BGM formats (such as apps, e-learning modules or online coaching) will bring you modern and innovative impulses into the health strategy. With your commitment, you are driving forward the development of a holistic, group-wide health strategy.

Completed studies in the field of health, public health, sports, psychology, occupational sciences or a comparable subject Multiannual professional experience (2-5 years) in occupational health management or adjacent fields of activity, ideally in the industrial environment Experience in project management and the ability to independently control projects and motivate employees High digital affinity, routine in dealing with MS-Office and very good German and English skills Very good analytical skills as well as safety in transition with health, stress and short-term indicators Communication strength, consulting skills and strong presentation and moderation capabilities readiness for national travel (about 25%)
