You run a team of six highly qualified people. Together with your team, you are responsible for threatening penetration tests according to DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act) and TIBER Framework. This includes, on the one hand, basic work such as the further development of the regulatory framework, the strategic further development of the task area as well as specialist committee work in Germany, in the Eurosystem and internationally and, on the other hand, the contact care to domestic and foreign security and supervisory authorities, Threat Intelligence Providers, Red Team Providers and test candidates and public relations. In addition, you and the team accompany the test projects of individual companies as test managers according to the DORA Regulation. Make sure that the DORA and TIBER requirements are complied with by all parties involved and confirm the proper conduct of the tests. In addition to these tasks, you will also focus more generally on cyber risks for financial market infrastructures and in the financial sector, as well as their limitations and work on appropriate committees.

Master or comparable degree in a relevant field (e.g. economics or computer science) Very good knowledge and practical experience in the design and implementation of threat-based penetration tests Good institutional knowledge of the European financial market supervision structure and financial market infrastructure monitoring Very good knowledge of the relevant regulations (e.g. DORA TIBER-EU and TIBER-DE) and standards of IT security (e.g. NIST, COBIT, NIS directive, IT security law, KRITIS regulation, BSI basic protection) Very good knowledge of cyber risks and IT security Representative leadership competence (referred by first leadership experience or corresponding training/certificates) Secure appearance, negotiation skills and ability to competently represent the bank inwards and outside, high resilience Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
