As a primary digitization partner of the Bundeswehr, we provide stable, safe and efficient IT services in Germany and abroad, from basic operations to the field close to the application and thus contribute to the continuous increase in the leadership and operational capacity of the Bundeswehr. With over 7,000 colleagues, we operate and modernise one of the largest and most complex IT infrastructures in Germany. As part of the reorientation of the entire HR area, the ''Talentmanagement' area has been established, which will focus on all ''talent-related' topics in the areas of People Development, Young Talents, Training Management and new topics such as Skill Management, Performance Management or Succession Planning. We are looking for a professionally experienced and committed person for future skills such as cloud, IT security, automation, which develops, implements and accompanies modern qualification programs for our IT specialists in this key role with passion and creativity.
