Accounting and quantity determination: You will create bills based on execution plans, scales and mass bills and ensure a correct and comprehensible billing of the works. Auditing of invoices: Subcontractor and supplier invoices check, compare and give you free – always with respect to contracts, services and economics. Cost control and budget comparison: Cost estimates and budgets are formulated, comparing them with the project history and thus supporting a transparent cost management. Contract and payment management: You prepare construction contracts, specify payment plans and contract conditions and monitor their compliance during the project. Subscription and change management: Changes in performance, yields and deviations are documented and you are structuring and ensuring a clean commercial settlement. Advice and vote: In the case of billing questions, you consult clients and internal project teams and support a clear, solution-oriented communication.

Qualification: A completed study in civil engineering (Bachelor/Master) or comparable training is your technical basis. Experience in civil engineering: Ideally, you bring several years of professional experience as a calculator or quantum surveyor in civil engineering. Cost and control understanding: Your pronounced cost awareness helps you to safely apply control tools and to evaluate economic relationships correctly. Legal understanding: Knowledge in German building and contract law helps you to process bills and subordinates legally secure. Mobility and commitment: You have a German passenger car license and willingness to support our construction sites in Germany. .
