SAP Team Lead – S/4HANA (FI/CO, MM / SD / WMS) & R/3 HCM (m/f/d)

You combine expertise in the SAP logistics and trade environment with team leadership and organizational structure. We are currently in the transformation of our SAP landscape towards S/4HANA Private Cloud (Start 2025) and are developing our S/4HANA Public Cloud environment in parallel. Integrations are increasingly implemented through the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). In this role, you take over the technical management of our SAP team for shipping, trade and logistics. The team currently consists of five SAP consultants and is responsible for central business processes in the company. The focus of the role is deliberately less on operational implementation than on team leadership, structuring, knowledge building and the sustainable development of our SAP system landscape. Your duties General responsibility & team leadership Professional leadership and further development of an SAP team from currently five consultants Overall responsibility for the SAP application landscape across all relevant modules, including: HCM FI/CO (Public Cloud) MM, SD, WMS and FI/CO (private cloud)

Ensuring stable, efficient and sustainable operation of SAP systems Promoting a broadly distributed knowledge base in the team so that know-how is not bound to individual persons Coaching and support of team members in their professional and personal development Promoting open, constructive cooperation within an international team Project Responsibility & Transformation Responsibility for the planning, control and implementation of central SAP projects, in particular within the framework of the S/4HANA Transformation Possibility to take over project or program responsibility (e.g. S/4- Introductions or Further Developments) Control of external partners and ensuring delivery quality Organization and Governance Building stable work structures and clear responsibilities Establishing transparent release, documentation and quality processes Ensuring auditability and sustainable system documentation Priority and control of requirements in accordance with the IT and corporate strategy Technological development and architecture Active design of the SAP target architecture via: S/4HANA Private Cloud S/4HANA Public Cloud Modular extensions to support different business models Accompanying the ongoing S/4HANA transformation (end Q1 / 2027) Cooperation with architecture and integration teams, in particular in the context of SAP BTP as an integration platform Ensuring continuous end-to-end processes across all relevant SAP domains Operational support Supporting the team in complex issues or critical issues Operational cooperation on a point-by-point basis – but not the focus of the role
