Payroll Expert (m/f/d)

Your main tasks include: Individually responsible preparation, implementation and quality assurance of the monthly pay bill taking into account tariff, operational and legal requirements Support and ongoing processing of payment accounting & time management systems Ensuring the correct implementation of pay tax, social insurance and labour law provisions in the billing of charges Competent cooperation with works council, social security institutions, health insurance funds, authorities and external audit bodies Competent settlement of reporting, certification and reporting Care and administration of personal data, movement and time management Editing all personal events along the Employee Lifecycle, in particular entrances, exits and mistime management Implementation of calculations and bookings of personal provisions Participation in the creation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts Identification of optimization potentials as well as active design and digitization of HR and payroll processes Analysis of complex accounting issues and the development of pragmatic and sustainable solutions
