We are now looking for a CNC milling cutter (m/w/d) for a long-term use in the context of employee transfer.

Your tasks as a CNC milling cutter (m/w/d):

Self-assembled, run and operate CNC milling machines with Fanuc and/or Siemens control

Programming and optimising CNC programs according to drawing and technical specifications

machining of metal and plastic components in single and serial production

Monitoring the manufacturing process and adaptation of cutting values

Performance of measurement and quality controls with measuring and testing means (e.g. sliders, micrometers, measurement protocols)

Documentation of test results according to specifications

Maintenance, maintenance and minor maintenance work on the machines

Active cooperation in optimizing manufacturing processes

You can do this as a CNC milling cutter (m/w/d)

b Closed design in metal processing (e.g. machining mechanic, tool mechanic, industrial mechanic m/w/d)

At least 2 years of professional experience in CNC milling

Safe handling of Fanuc and/or Siemens controls

Technical understanding and reliable reading of drawings

Structured, independent and quality-oriented work

Teamability and readiness to the interchangeable layer (spring/spring/night)

Very good German knowledge (min. C1)
