Integrated Product Support (IPS) is responsible for the requirements and optimization of in-house products and projects in terms of efficiency and longevity, ensuring their wart and supplyability, and optimising customer satisfaction. As a service employee (m/w/d), you are responsible for the independent implementation of maintenance and repair operations of our simulators, equipment and installations in Germany and abroad. Your tasks: Troubleshooting and troubleshooting (electr./mech.) to customer systems Performance of service services to PCs, networks, projectors, electrical, air conditioning, vehicle-specific operating components of the (simulated) device Conducting electrical safety checks according to DGUV Documentation of performed services and creation of fault logs Implementation of customer/user training at the respective locations/supplier locations Consultation of the customer with regard to questions about the system and recommendations for maintenance/further development

Completed technical training in electrical engineering or comparable Experience in handling technical system documentation and electrical test equipment Professional experience in the field of an industrial enterprise desirable Knowledge of rifle technical products of advantage Class B driving licence Very good English skills in word and writing Ability to work independently and independently as well as performance-oriented occurrence Global readiness
